PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT PRICES

  The prices of the products are given in the product information page. The Finnish VAT (24%) is included in the prices. The Tax Specifications are shown in the Basket and in the  Order Confirmation.

PAYMENT METHODS

Advance payment. Private customers can pay with the payment methods introduced in the basket on mailing their order. Business customers may also apply for credit.  

DELIVERY CHARGE

ALLit Webshop has no minimum order quantity. We have free delivery. No delivery charges will be added and charged from the customer. However, ALLit Webshop carries no responsibility for any eventual customs fees or other charges applied to the shipment by third parties.   

DELIVERIES

We deliver currently only to Finland. If you wish to place an order with delivery outside of Finland, please contact us at info@allit.fi for possibilities and delivery costs.

We ship all orders with no delay. On business days the shipments are usually dispatched by mail from our warehouse in Tampere within 24 hours from receiving the order and payment confirmation. When you have completed the order, you will receive an Order Confirmation to your given e-mail. If you do not receive it, please check your junk mail box. If you do not receive the Order Confirmation, please contact our customer service info@allit.fi.  Should there be any problems with the expedient delivery of your order, we will contact you immediately. 

CANCELLATION RIGHT

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason as per the ECC Consumer Law. The cancellation must be done within 14 days from the receipt of the order. In order to cancel your contract please contact us via info@allit.fi for return shipment details and istructions. The customer is responsible for the return shipment cost of the cancelled order. The cancellation right only applies to items that have not been used and are still in their original selling condition. When the returned item has arrived at our warehouse and our staff has checked it, we will return the payment via the same channel as the payment originally was made.

The customer is responsible for the reutrn costs of such shipments. 

Please note that if the product has been handled so that it is no longer in its original selling condition we have the right to reduce the sum to be returned.

DEFECT ITEMS

If you receive a shipment that has been damaged, you receive an item that you have not oredered, or the item we deliver is defect, please inform our customer service info@allit.fi and we will find the best way to correct the delivery. Our primary obligation is to replace or repair any products that are damaged or defective, and we shall have no liability for any consequential, special or indirect losses.
