BUYING FROM THE WEBSHOP -SAFE AND SIMPLE

It is both safe and simple to buy from the ALLit Webshop!

ALLit Ltd has been active in the field of manufacturing electronic devices and accessories since 2001. Today the emphasis in our production is in the accessories for smartphones, mobile phones and tablets under the EU Registered brands GRATEQ and SCREENOR. Our products are widely sold through our retailers. In order to make it possible for each consumer irrespective of their location to acquire the complete range of our products, and find accessories for even the less popular models in their market, we also offer the product through our own Webshop with speedy deliveries from our warehouse in Finland to affordable prices and little trouble. 

 

HOW TO BUY

Please notice that our Webshop is currently only delivering to Finland. Should you wish to order elsewhere, please contact us through info@allit.fi - we can either direct you to one of our local distributors or find out ther delivery conditions for direct shipments.

If you know what you are looking for, simply select the correct product group from the upper bar of the front page, klick it, and choose the exact product from the pages that open.

You can also use the practical "Search for" -icon on the upper right corner of the page. Simple write there your device model to find out all the model specified accessories available, or use it for word search (Micro USB for instance) and the Webshop will tell you what our currently available alternatives are (length, colour, style etc.)

You can continue browing our Webshop for as long as you like, and save the items that you may want to order to the basket. Any of them can be removed at any time if you have found an even better alternative.

The prices in our Webshop are final prices. They include the Finnish VAT of 24%.

You will see the amount of VAT separately in the basket.

There is no Minimum Order Quantity.

There are no additional Postal Charges for deliveries to Finland. 

ALLit Webshop does not bear any liability for any additional expenses levied on the shipment on the receipient's end, such as customs fees etc.

When you have selected your requested items to the basket, you can continue to the Cash Register by clicking at the Basket -icon on the upper right hand side of the screen. Please double check that you have chosen the correct phone model and year! 

When you have completed the payment, you will receive an Order Confirmation by e-mail. If you do not receive this confirmation, please check your junk mail. Remember to save the Receipt.

Should you wish to return an ordered item, it needs to be in the original sales condition for reimbursement. The customer is in charge of the return postal fee. ALLit Webshop will not redeem return shipments sent with lacking postage.

 

HOW THE DELIVERY PROCEEDS

 

As soon as your order and payment confirmation have arrived, your order will be promptly taken care of. We always do our best to have all orders shipped within 24hrs from receiving them or at the latest on the following working day.

Should there be any problems with the delivery of your ordered items, we will be in touch with you.

We use the Finnish Postal services for deliveries.

When you receive the order, please make sure it has not got any outer damages.

Check that you have received the items that you requested. 

Should there be any complaints, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to info@allit.fi so that we know to take care of the problem.
